1. Information only — not advice or brokerage
Akiya Atlas provides independent information, reporting, education, templates, and personal experience about vacant and low-cost houses (“akiya”) in Fukushima, Japan. It is not investment advice and not real estate brokerage. We do not mediate, broker, represent, or arrange property transactions, and we do not solicit any specific transaction. Listings or prices we discuss are public-information and market context, not offers. When you decide to transact, you do so through your own licensed professionals; we may refer you to licensed local partners.
2. No guarantees
Property outcomes, costs, renovation results, rental income, and resale values vary widely and depend on factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of returns, savings, or results. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or immigration advice — consult a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction before acting.
3. Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) disclosure

4. Privacy
We collect your email address only to send the newsletter and product access, and any message you send us. We do not sell your data. Email delivery is handled by our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, which removes you from the list. Requests to access or delete your data: use the contact above.
5. Copyright & sources
Property photos, maps, and media are used only with permission or proper license; interior photography is published only with the owner's permission. Our reports and templates are © 2026 Akiya Atlas — personal use by subscribers/buyers is fine; redistribution or resale is not.
